The Office of the Mission Director, National Health Mission, UT Ladakh, is inviting applications for the position of State Law Officer (NHM). The selected candidate will provide legal support and handle relevant legal matters arising under the National Health Mission.
• Provide legal assistance on matters relating to NHM
• Handle and advise on legal issues arising during implementation of programmes
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions
• Assist with legal documentation and drafting
• Support the organisation in relevant legal proceedings and compliance matters
• Coordinate on legal matters with concerned authorities and stakeholders
• LL.B. from a recognised institute
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Government or private sector
• Experience should be relevant to the requirements of the position
• Candidates must fulfil other conditions prescribed in the official recruitment notification
