NC Legal is hiring a Junior Associate for a two-month project-based engagement. The role primarily involves corporate compliance research, due diligence checklist preparation and compilation of applicable statutory requirements. Immediate joining is required.
• Prepare corporate compliance checklists
• Prepare due diligence checklists under applicable laws
• Conduct legal research on compliance requirements
• Compile and organise statutory and regulatory requirements
• Review relevant laws and compliance provisions
• Assist with assigned corporate legal and compliance work
• Law graduate / suitable legal professional
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Good understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work on a project basis and meet deadlines
• Immediate joining required
