An urgent hiring opportunity is available for a Legal Manager – Non-Litigation in Agra. The role is focused on non-litigation legal work relating to housing loans, loan against property and mortgage matters. Candidates with relevant HL/LAP and mortgage legal experience are preferred.
• Handle non-litigation legal matters relating to HL/LAP and mortgage transactions
• Review and verify property-related legal documents
• Support legal due diligence and documentation for housing and mortgage loans
• Examine title and property documents as required
• Provide legal support to business and lending teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant external stakeholders
• Manage assigned legal matters within timelines
• Relevant experience in HL/LAP / Mortgage Legal preferred
• Experience in non-litigation legal work
• Strong understanding of property and mortgage-related legal matters
• Good legal documentation and drafting skills
• Ability to coordinate with business and internal stakeholders
• Relevant legal qualification preferred
