Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd. is hiring a Regional Legal Manager (RLM) for its Vijayawada location. The role is focused on legal and recovery matters, particularly SARFAESI proceedings, cheque-bounce matters and DRT litigation.
• Handle legal and recovery matters within the assigned region
• Manage matters under the SARFAESI Act
• Handle proceedings relating to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Manage matters under Section 25 relevant to recovery proceedings
• Handle and coordinate DRT matters
• Coordinate with advocates and external legal professionals
• Provide legal support to the housing finance/recovery team
• Monitor litigation and recovery proceedings and ensure timely action
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Legal / Recovery functions
• Candidates from Housing Finance or Banking backgrounds preferred
• Strong practical knowledge of SARFAESI
• Experience handling Section 138 / Section 25 matters
• Practical experience in DRT matters
• Strong legal and recovery-management skills
