GNLU is inviting applications for one Incubation Manager to support its incubation ecosystem. The role involves working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, incubators, mentors, universities, industry stakeholders and government institutions to develop and strengthen incubation and social entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Work with entrepreneurs and start-ups within the incubation ecosystem
• Support incubation and entrepreneurship-related initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs and mentors
• Coordinate with universities, research institutions and industry experts
• Engage with government departments, associations and chambers of commerce
• Develop relationships with angel investors and other ecosystem stakeholders
• Support initiatives relating to social entrepreneurship
• Coordinate with relevant incubation, learning and tinkering labs
• Contribute to the development and growth of the university's incubation ecosystem
• Minimum 55% marks in a Master's degree in any of the following:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
• Master of Technology (M.Tech.)
• MBA + LL.M.
• B.E. + MBA, with at least 55% marks in MBA
• Degree must be from a recognised Indian university or equivalent accredited foreign university
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with entrepreneurs, start-ups, learning/tinkering labs, incubators or incubation consultancy
• Good understanding of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluency in English
• Maximum age: 45 years
