• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery-related documents
• Assist with case preparation and organisation of legal documents
• Schedule proceedings and maintain case files
• Collaborate with lawyers and legal staff on case strategy
• Attend court hearings, trials and depositions as required
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties
• Support the litigation team in day-to-day legal matters
• Law degree from an accredited law school
