Unicus Legal Advisors is hiring a Litigation Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram. The position involves handling litigation matters, court appearances, drafting, client coordination and travel for legal proceedings and meetings.
• Independently handle court appearances and legal proceedings
• Handle matters relating to the NI Act and SARFAESI
• Draft petitions, pleadings and other legal documents
• Manage assigned litigation matters
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and court authorities
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings across India
• Travel as required for legal matters and appearances
• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act)
• Knowledge of SARFAESI matters
• Ability to independently appear before courts
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Hardworking, sincere and detail-oriented approach
