MB Informatics Private Limited is hiring an experienced Legal Counsel for its Gurgaon office. Candidates with current or prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry are preferred. The role is suitable for experienced legal professionals with relevant industry knowledge and the ability to handle legal and commercial matters.
• Provide legal advice on business and commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Handle legal and regulatory matters relating to the Oil & Gas sector
• Support litigation and dispute-resolution matters
• Assist with arbitration and related proceedings
• Identify and advise on legal and contractual risks
• Coordinate with internal business teams and external legal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide practical legal solutions to business requirements
• Qualified legal professional with an LL.B. or equivalent law degree
• Current or prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred
• Relevant experience in commercial and corporate legal matters
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters
• Strong legal research, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters
