The Office of the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade (CLA), New Delhi, has invited applications for 6 Young Professional positions. The engagement is contractual for an initial period of one year and may be extended based on performance and organisational requirements. The opportunity is open across disciplines including Law, Economics, Management, Engineering and Commerce.
• Support research and policy-related work
• Analyse government notifications, policy documents and reports
• Assist with preparation of reports, notes and presentations
• Support foreign-trade policy and regulatory work
• Conduct research and compile relevant information
• Assist with administrative and coordination activities
• Use MS Office and digital/AI productivity tools for research and analysis
• Support activities relating to foreign trade and export promotion
• LL.B. / LL.M. for the Law discipline
• Master's degree in Economics for Economics
• MBA for Management/Business Administration
• B.Tech/B.E. in specified disciplines or MCA for Engineering/Technical positions
• Master's degree in Commerce for Commerce positions
• Maximum age: 35 years as on the closing date
• Strong research, communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy and international trade matters is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI/digital tools is desirable.
