• Assist with corporate legal matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Support intellectual property-related work
• Assist with transactional legal assignments
• Prepare and review legal documents
• Support the team with assigned research and drafting work
• 4th- and 5th-year law students may apply
• Recent law graduates may apply
• Prior internship experience in any of the following areas is required:
• Intellectual Property Rights
• Corporate Law
• Private Placement
• Overseas Direct Investment (ODI)
• Strong written communication skills
