Jain & Saigal Law Offices is hiring two advocates for the positions of Associate and Senior Associate. The roles offer hands-on exposure to court appearances, litigation, domestic and international commercial arbitrations, legal research, drafting and client interactions.
• Appear before courts and tribunals in Delhi NCR
• Assist with civil and commercial litigation matters
• Work on domestic and international commercial arbitrations
• Handle insolvency and debt recovery matters
• Work on property, banking, service law and matrimonial matters
• Handle consumer protection and cheque dishonour matters
• Assist with white-collar litigation
• Conduct detailed legal research
• Draft legal opinions, agreements and litigation documents
• Participate in client meetings and case preparation
• Take ownership of matters and briefs as assigned
Associate:
• 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Advocates with strong interest in litigation
• Self-driven, hardworking and willing to learn
• Good research, drafting and advocacy skills
Senior Associate:
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong litigation and advocacy experience
• Ability to independently handle legal matters
• Good research, drafting and client-management skills
