Job Sure is hiring for the position of Legal Cybersecurity Analyst / Associate. The role involves supporting cybersecurity legal and regulatory compliance, data privacy, information security and risk-management activities. Candidates with legal qualifications and knowledge of cyber law and data protection are preferred.
• Assist with cybersecurity legal and regulatory compliance
• Review and interpret privacy and data-protection requirements
• Work on PII, PHI, data privacy and information-security matters
• Support risk assessments, audits and compliance reviews
• Assist with cybersecurity policies, contracts and legal documentation
• Coordinate with legal, compliance and cybersecurity teams
• Conduct research on emerging cyber laws, regulations and industry standards
• LL.B. / BA LL.B. / LL.M.
• 1–4 years of experience
• Knowledge of Cyber Law and Data Privacy
• Understanding of GDPR, DPDP Act and HIPAA is an advantage
• Knowledge of PII, PHI and information-security concepts
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good communication and analytical skills
