Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) is a joint venture company responsible for the development and operation of metro rail services in the National Capital Region. The organisation is inviting applications for the position of Senior Section Officer (Legal).

NMRC is inviting applications for Senior Section Officer (Legal). The position involves handling legal matters, legal documentation, contract-related work, statutory compliance, RTI matters and coordination relating to legal cases of the organisation.
• Handle legal cases and litigation-related matters
• Assist in legal documentation and preparation of legal records
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents
• Assist in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
• Handle matters relating to RTI and legal correspondence
• Coordinate with advocates and external legal counsel
• Assist in preparation and review of legal opinions
• Maintain records relating to legal cases and proceedings
• Full-time LL.B. degree through a regular 3-year or 5-year course from a recognised university/institution
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Minimum 6 years of supervisory-level experience in the Government sector in relevant legal work
• Relevant experience may include legal cases, legal documentation, contract drafting, statutory compliance and RTI-related matters
• Candidates must fulfil all conditions prescribed in the official recruitment notification
