Abhiyan Capital is hiring Collections Legal Executives with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Negotiable Instruments Act (NIA), particularly Section 138 cases, and legal recovery matters. The role involves handling recovery-related litigation, legal documentation and coordination with advocates and external agencies.
• Handle NIA / Section 138 cases and legal recovery matters
• Draft, review and issue legal notices
• Coordinate with advocates, legal counsels and external agencies
• Manage litigation and court case follow-ups
• Support collections and recovery teams through legal interventions
• Maintain legal MIS, documentation and compliance records
• Track assigned cases and ensure timely resolution
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in collections and recovery-related legal matters
• Strong understanding of NIA proceedings and Section 138 cases
• Knowledge of legal documentation and litigation processes
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or FinTech is preferred
