NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for its Paid Legal Internship Programme in New Delhi. The internship provides law students with practical exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings, client interactions and litigation-related assignments under the supervision of experienced legal professionals.
• Conduct legal research
• Assist with legal drafting and documentation
• Gain exposure to court proceedings
• Assist with client interactions
• Support litigation-related assignments
• Assist with legal and advisory matters
• Work under the supervision of experienced legal professionals
• Students currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme
• Students in the 2nd year or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Punctuality, discipline and commitment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of legal research databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra is preferred
• Understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is preferred
