A leading housing finance company is hiring a Disbursement Officer for its Operations Department. The role requires prior experience in the affordable housing industry along with an understanding of credit, legal, technical reports, disbursement processes and file checking.
• Handle day-to-day disbursement operations
• Check loan files and supporting documents
• Review Credit, Legal and Technical reports
• Verify documentation required for loan disbursement
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for smooth disbursement
• Ensure files meet applicable operational and documentation requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience
• Experience in the Affordable Housing industry preferred/required
• Understanding of operations activities
• Knowledge of Credit, Legal and Technical reports
