Sama is an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform offering online mediation, arbitration and conciliation services to businesses, government bodies and individuals. Sama is also the organiser of Indian Mediation Week, a student-led initiative focused on promoting access to justice through mediation.

Post Details
Sama is inviting applications for Organising Committee (OC) Members for the 10th Edition of Indian Mediation Week (IMW). Four positions are available, with one member selected for each specialised role.

This is a six-month leadership opportunity involving strategy, execution, ambassador onboarding, partnerships, campus drives and the final Indian Mediation Week in March 2027.


1. Community, Culture & Training Lead
• Manage the ambassador journey, onboarding and training
• Develop training curriculum and engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain a strong ambassador community

2. Growth & Partnerships Lead
• Lead outreach to colleges and student ambassadors
• Build institutional partnerships
• Develop the citizen pipeline for Vikalp
• Coordinate partnerships and growth initiatives

3. Storytelling & Brand Lead
• Lead campaigns, reels and campus stories
• Develop content for Indian Mediation Week
• Shape the visual identity and communication of the movement
• Manage storytelling and brand initiatives

4. Technology & Verification Lead
• Manage systems, dashboards and automation
• Explore AI-driven tools for campaign operations
• Support technology-enabled verification processes
• Maintain the integrity of drives and registrations reported nationwide

Community, Culture & Training Lead: Young lawyers with ADR/mediation experience
Growth & Partnerships Lead: Young lawyers with marketing/outreach experience
Storytelling & Brand Lead: Young lawyers/video editors with content creation experience
Technology & Verification Lead: Young lawyers/engineers with a product or automation mindset
• Previous volunteering or work with Indian Mediation Week will be preferred
• Applicants should be able to commit throughout the entire six-month project
