KIIT is inviting applications for the Karmyogi Fellowship, an 18-month fellowship offering practical exposure to strategy, research, leadership, impact assessment, institution building and social transformation.
Fellows will have opportunities to work within the KIIT–KISS ecosystem and contribute to initiatives focused on institutional and social impact.
• Contribute to strategy and institutional development initiatives
• Conduct research and support evidence-based decision-making
• Assist with impact assessment and evaluation
• Work on leadership and institution-building initiatives
• Contribute to social transformation projects
• Engage with initiatives across the KIIT–KISS ecosystem
• Support projects involving research, strategy and development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline
• Work experience is not mandatory
• Candidates should demonstrate an interest in strategy, research, leadership and social impact
• Ability to contribute to multidisciplinary projects and initiatives
