Transform Rural India is hiring a District Programme Lead – Public Policy in Action (PPiA) to work closely with district administrations and support transformative district development. The role involves policy implementation, data-driven decision-making, government scheme delivery, stakeholder coordination and participatory governance.
• Work closely with district administration on development initiatives
• Support effective implementation of public policies and government programmes
• Analyse data to support district-level planning and decision-making
• Facilitate effective delivery of government schemes
• Coordinate with government departments and relevant stakeholders
• Support participatory governance and community engagement
• Drive transformative district development initiatives
• Monitor programme implementation and outcomes
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Strong interest in public policy, governance and rural development
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and manage district-level initiatives
