Rahul Ganeshe & Associates is hiring for Advocate and Associate positions in Bhopal. The opportunities involve revenue court work, legal drafting, filing, research, documentation, case preparation and client coordination.
Freshers are welcome and the firm offers an opportunity to learn and grow through exposure to diverse legal matters and guidance from experienced mentors.
1. Advocate – Revenue Courts
• Handle matters before Revenue Courts of Bhopal and nearby districts
• Appear before courts and handle filing and follow-ups
• Manage related revenue court work and proceedings
• Coordinate on assigned legal matters
• Experience in revenue matters will be preferred
2. Associate – Legal Drafting & Filing
• Draft petitions, replies, notices and other legal documents
• Handle filing, scrutiny and registry work before various courts and tribunals
• Assist with legal research, documentation and case preparation
• Coordinate with clients and the legal team on day-to-day legal work
• Freshers are welcome
• Proficiency in English and Hindi drafting
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and work across diverse legal matters
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• For the Advocate position, experience in revenue matters is preferred
• Preference may be given to candidates based in Bhopal and adjoining districts
