Progenesis IVF Fertility Center is hiring a Legal Officer for its Legal & Compliance Department. The role involves managing litigation, contracts, legal advisory, statutory compliance, property-related due diligence, recovery matters and dispute resolution.
• Manage and coordinate civil, criminal, commercial and consumer litigation
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal counsel
• Draft and vet agreements, contracts, legal notices, affidavits and petitions
• Review contracts and identify legal and commercial risks
• Provide legal advice and support to management and internal teams
• Handle statutory, regulatory and compliance-related matters
• Conduct legal due diligence for property and real estate transactions
• Handle recovery matters, settlements and dispute resolution
• Maintain litigation records, legal documentation and periodic MIS
• Conduct legal research and monitor relevant legal developments
• LL.B. from a recognized university
• B.Com + LL.B. qualification preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in litigation and/or in-house legal roles
• Strong knowledge of legal drafting, contract law, litigation and compliance
• Exposure to RERA, NCLT/IBC, DRT, arbitration and real estate matters preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions
