DTDC Express Limited is offering a Compliance Internship at its corporate headquarters in Bengaluru. The internship provides practical exposure to statutory compliance, labour-law requirements, documentation, registrations and compliance tracking.
There are 2 positions available for the six-month internship.
• Track and collect statutory documentation from various locations
• Assist with registrations, renewals and amendments under applicable laws
• Support compliance relating to Shops & Establishments (S&E)
• Assist with Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) (CLRA) compliance
• Support Professional Tax (PT) and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliance
• Maintain central compliance trackers and audit records
• Coordinate with ground teams and vendors to resolve documentation gaps
• Assist in identifying and following up on pending compliance requirements
• Graduates or postgraduates in HR, Business Administration (MBA/BBA), or related disciplines
• Familiarity with Indian labour laws and statutory compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Excel and organisational management
• Persistent and capable of following tasks through to completion
