The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. It functions as a think tank and centre of excellence focusing on corporate affairs, corporate governance, policy research, regulatory frameworks, capacity building and related areas.
Post Details
IICA is inviting applications for its internship programme for students and young professionals interested in corporate affairs, governance, policy research and institutional projects. Interns may be placed across different schools, centres and departments and work under the guidance of designated mentors or supervisors.
• Assist with legal and policy research
• Contribute to corporate governance and regulatory research
• Prepare research notes, reports, assignments and presentations
• Assist with institutional and policy-oriented projects
• Participate in capacity-building and research initiatives
• Review and analyse relevant corporate and regulatory developments
• Support ongoing projects as assigned by the concerned department
• Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme may apply
• Final-year law students are generally preferred
• Students from related disciplines such as management, economics and finance may also apply
• Young professionals who completed their studies within the last six months may apply
• Applicants should not be engaged in any other employment during the internship
