Akhildev IPR Research and Service LLP is inviting applications from law students for a Patent Drafting Intern position at its Noida Sector 142 office. The six-month internship is focused on Patent Law and provides practical exposure to patent drafting and related IPR work.
• Assist with patent drafting-related work
• Conduct research on Patent Law and relevant legal developments
• Assist with analysis of patent-related information and documents
• Support the team in assigned intellectual property matters
• Prepare and organise research and drafting work as required
• Gain practical exposure to professional patent drafting processes
• Law students may apply
• Candidates with 0–6 months of relevant experience may apply
• Interest in Patent Law and Intellectual Property Rights
• Willingness to work from the office
• Candidates should be able to commit to the six-month internship
