Viable Outsource Solutions is urgently hiring Legal Assistant Trainees for its Noida Sector 63 office. The role begins with a three-month paid training period, with an opportunity for a full-time position based on performance. The work involves legal research and drafting, litigation and case support, U.S. federal and state law research, pre-litigation and trial preparation, and case management.
• Conduct legal research and assist with legal drafting
• Provide litigation and case-related support
• Conduct research on U.S. federal and state laws
• Assist with pre-litigation and trial preparation
• Support case management and documentation
• Assist the legal team with assigned international legal matters
• LL.B. / Legal qualification preferred
• Freshers may apply
• Candidates with up to 2 years of litigation experience may apply
• Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Interest in litigation and international legal work
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
