OIL Green Energy Limited is inviting applications for one Legal Officer position. The selected candidate will be responsible for legal work relating to corporate matters, contract management and litigation support.
The position offers a monthly remuneration of ₹60,000 and requires more than one year of post-qualification work experience.
Handle corporate legal matters.Assist with contract management and related legal work.Provide legal support in litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis as required.Assist with other legal assignments entrusted by the organisation.
Full-time LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated programme) with a minimum of 60% marks from a Government-recognised University/Institute, or LL.M.Specialisation in Corporate Law, Contract Law or Labour Law will be preferred.More than 1 year of post-qualification work experience in corporate legal, contract management and litigation support roles.Age limit: 18–45 years.
