LawLevelUP is inviting applications for the position of Operations & Growth Coordinator. The role combines operations, learner engagement, outreach, and growth responsibilities. The selected candidate will coordinate webinars, manage course-related operations, support collaborations, create digital assets, and use AI tools to improve execution and productivity.
• Coordinate webinars and course-related activities
• Communicate and coordinate with speakers and learners
• Manage day-to-day course operations
• Support outreach initiatives and collaborations
• Assist in growth and learner engagement activities
• Create Canva-based digital and promotional assets
• Use AI tools to execute tasks efficiently and improve workflows
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute plans end-to-end
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently
• Good Canva skills
• Comfortable using AI tools productively
• Customer-first and practical technology-oriented mindset
• EdTech experience is an advantage
• Background or experience in law/legal education is an advantage but not mandatory
• Current students, including law students, are not eligible
