The team is hiring a Researcher to strengthen the research behind its long-form video content. The role requires someone who enjoys deep research, is highly attentive to facts and sources, can understand lengthy books and information, and can transform extensive research into clear and structured notes.
• Conduct deep research on business, history, and other interesting topics
• Explore reliable online sources and conduct extensive internet research
• Read and comprehend full-length books and other detailed material
• Verify facts and maintain strong source accuracy
• Identify information that can contribute to compelling storytelling
• Organize complex and unstructured research into clear notes
• Support the development of well-researched and engaging video content
• Continuously explore new topics and develop a strong understanding of assigned subjects
• Strong research and information-gathering abilities
• Obsessive attention to facts, sources, and accuracy
• Ability to read and comprehend full-length books
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of storytelling and what makes a compelling narrative
• Ability to organize large amounts of information into structured notes
• Educational qualification or degree is not a primary requirement; research ability and quality of work are valued more highly
