TrustLaw Associates LLP is expanding its team and inviting applications for the position of Associate – Loan Settlement & ADR. The role focuses exclusively on Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly loan settlement, with no litigation or court appearances involved.
• Handle loan settlement and financial resolution matters
• Manage assigned client portfolios
• Communicate and negotiate with financial institutions
• Counsel clients regarding settlement and resolution options
• Use persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve favourable resolutions
• Work towards efficient closure of settlement matters outside the courtroom
• Handle ADR-focused resolution processes and client communication
• Proven prior work experience in Loan Settlement is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good persuasion and client-handling abilities
• Ability to manage client portfolios effectively
• Ability to communicate professionally with financial institutions
