Applications are invited for the position of Litigation & Dispute Resolution Community Mentor. The role is fully remote and full-time, involving learner mentoring, live classes, community management, and guidance for individuals seeking to build foundational litigation and dispute resolution skills.
• Help learners understand the fundamentals of litigation and dispute resolution
• Conduct live online classes and coaching sessions
• Manage and engage with online learner communities
• Interact with students and prospective learners through calls
• Guide learners regarding litigation skills and relevant learning programmes
• Address learner questions and provide patient, practical guidance
• Support learners throughout their community learning journey
• Litigation professional with practical experience
• Should have drafted 100+ petitions in previous employment or for clients
• Genuine interest in mentoring and helping others succeed
• Comfortable conducting live classes and coaching learners over calls
• Good screen presence and confidence in online interactions
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Candidates with a genuine reason for preferring a work-from-home role are preferred
