A hiring opportunity is available for a Cyber Law & Security Specialist in Gurgaon/Gurugram. The role involves handling cyber law, data privacy, information-security compliance, cybersecurity risk assessment, and incident-response support while coordinating with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams.
• Handle cyber law, data privacy, and information-security compliance matters
• Ensure compliance with the IT Act, DPDP Act, and related regulations
• Manage data protection, PII/PHI, and privacy compliance requirements
• Support cybersecurity risk assessments and incident-response activities
• Draft and review security policies, contracts, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams
• Apply relevant cybersecurity and information-security frameworks
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• LL.B./LL.M., Cybersecurity, IT, or related qualification preferred
• Knowledge of Cyber Law, Data Privacy, and Information Security
• Understanding of IT Act and DPDP Act
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and related frameworks
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and governance
