Sama is an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform enabling mediation, arbitration, and conciliation online for businesses, government bodies, and individuals. Sama is also the organiser of Indian Mediation Week, a student-led movement focused on expanding awareness and access to mediation in India.

Post Details
Sama is inviting applications for 4 Organising Committee (OC) Members for the 10th Edition of Indian Mediation Week (IMW). The selected members will work on the planning, execution, outreach, and final Mediation Week scheduled for March 2027. This is a six-month leadership opportunity involving strategy, execution, ambassador engagement, partnerships, and campaign activities.

Community, Culture & Training Lead: Manage ambassador onboarding, training, curriculum, and community engagement
Growth & Partnerships Lead: Lead outreach to colleges, ambassadors, and institutional partners
Storytelling & Brand Lead: Manage campaigns, reels, campus stories, and the visual identity of Indian Mediation Week
Technology & Verification Lead: Manage dashboards, automation, AI-driven tools, and verification systems for mediation drives and registrations

• Young lawyers with relevant skills and interest in the respective role
• ADR/mediation experience preferred for Community, Culture & Training Lead
• Marketing/outreach experience preferred for Growth & Partnerships Lead
• Content creation/video editing experience preferred for Storytelling & Brand Lead
• Product, technology, automation, or AI-oriented skills preferred for Technology & Verification Lead
• Applicants should be able to commit for the complete six-month project cycle
• Previous experience with or volunteering for Indian Mediation Week will be preferred
