The practice is hiring 1 Legal Counsel / Senior Associate – Media & Entertainment (Commercial Contracting) with 5–6 years of substantive experience in media and entertainment contracting. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end production, talent, vendor, commercial, and intellectual property documentation and provide transactional and operational legal support.
• Draft, review, and negotiate production, co-production, producer, joint venture, and option agreements
• Prepare and negotiate actor, artist, music licensing, publishing, and influencer agreements
• Draft and negotiate vendor agreements, service contracts, content licensing, and trademark/IP documentation
• Liaise directly with artists, actors, creators, and talent agencies
• Provide transactional legal support to production teams, studio sessions, and content pipelines
• Manage contractual, administrative, and risk-management operations of the practice
• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university
• Active Bar Council registration
• 5–6 years of substantive experience in commercial contracting within media & entertainment law firms, boutique practices, production houses, or studio legal teams
• Strong expertise in production documentation, vendor contracting, IP licensing, and talent/artist agreements
• Excellent drafting and contract lifecycle management skills
• Ability to interact directly with high-profile talent and creative stakeholders
• Based in Delhi or willing to immediately relocate
