UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING is hiring a Senior Fashion Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. The role is suited to fashion professionals with 5–8 years of experience, particularly those with strong sales exposure in ethnic wear or designer fashion. The position focuses on client relationships, styling, sales conversion, upselling, and customer retention.
• Understand client requirements and provide personalised fashion recommendations
• Assist clients with styling and selection of ethnic and designer wear
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive sales and achieve conversion targets
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Develop customer retention and repeat-business opportunities
• Provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience
• Present fashion recommendations confidently and professionally
• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, designer fashion, or luxury retail
• Strong sales and conversion skills
• Excellent client relationship and styling abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of ethnic and designer wear
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
