Digital India BHASHINI Division is inviting applications for Young Professional (Legal). The position is suitable for law graduates with professional experience in legal advisory, contract management, legal research, regulatory compliance, and drafting or reviewing legal documents.
• Provide legal advisory support on assigned matters
• Conduct legal research and analyse applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with contract management and legal documentation
• Draft and review contracts, MoUs, agreements, and other legal documents
• Assist in regulatory compliance-related matters
• Identify and analyse legal and contractual risks
• Support the organisation in legal and compliance assignments
• LL.B. degree from a recognised university
• LL.M. or relevant legal certifications will be preferred
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Experience in legal advisory, contract management, or legal research
• Experience in regulatory compliance
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents
• Strong analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills
