HDB Financial Services is hiring Legal Associates – Recovery for its locations in Jaipur, Kota, Bikaner, and Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The role focuses on legal recovery and litigation matters, particularly those arising in banking and financial services
• Handle legal recovery and litigation matters
• Assist in recovery proceedings relating to outstanding loans and NPAs
• Handle matters involving Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Assist with arbitration proceedings
• Handle matters under the PASA Act
• Assist in warrant execution proceedings
• Coordinate with internal recovery teams and other stakeholders
• Support legal action for effective recovery of dues
• Law Graduate or Graduate with relevant recovery experience
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, ARC, Collection Agency, or Recovery Department preferred
• Knowledge of legal recovery and litigation
• Familiarity with Section 138 NI Act, Arbitration, PASA Act, and Warrant Execution
