Tata Capital Limited is hiring an LLB graduate for the position of Legal Manager – Warrant Execution at its Noida Sector 62 location. The role focuses on legal matters involving warrant execution, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and arbitration.
• Handle legal matters relating to warrant execution
• Work on matters arising under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Assist with arbitration-related legal matters
• Coordinate and follow up on warrant execution proceedings
• Maintain and manage legal records and case-related documentation
• Use MS Excel for tracking and maintaining legal data
• Support legal and recovery-related activities as required
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• Strong knowledge of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Good understanding of arbitration
• Good command of MS Excel
• Candidates must be residents of Noida or Ghaziabad
• Maximum Age: 38 Years
