Traya Health is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal to join its Legal and Compliance team in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the organisation on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, consumer disputes, intellectual property, and litigation matters.
• Handle legal and compliance matters across the organisation
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide legal support on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assist with consumer disputes and litigation-related matters
• Support intellectual property-related matters
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal inputs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel
• LL.B. from a recognised Indian law school
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
• 3–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in a law firm, in-house legal team, or a combination of both
• Relevant experience in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes, or corporate legal matters
