Legitpro Law is hiring an Associate for its General Corporate Practice in Gurugram. The role involves advising on corporate and commercial matters, contracts, and compliance, with an opportunity to work on transactional and regulatory assignments.
• Handle general corporate advisory and commercial legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
• Assist clients with contractual and compliance requirements
• Analyse legal and commercial risks and provide practical inputs
• Support transactional and corporate legal assignments
• Prepare legal documents, opinions, and advisory notes
• LL.B. degree from a reputed university
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory and commercial contracts
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills
• Business-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively on corporate and commercial matters
