White Collar Professional is inviting applications for the position of Legal, Compliance & Finance Research Intern. The internship provides law students and recent graduates with practical exposure to legal research, drafting, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and finance-related assignments while working with the legal and finance team.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law and compliance-related topics
• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Assist with statutory and corporate compliance requirements
• Review and analyse legal documents
• Maintain and organise research databases and documentation
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
• Track legal developments and industry trends
• Law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes or recent law graduates
• Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and corporate/finance law
• Good written and spoken English
• Familiarity with MS Word and legal documentation
• Basic understanding of statutory compliance and corporate governance
• Relevant skills and interest in legal research and drafting
• Candidates available to start immediately and commit to the full 3-month duration
