The office is hiring Litigation Associates on an immediate basis. Candidates with 1–3 years of litigation experience and strong legal drafting and research skills are encouraged to apply. Experience in RERA litigation, RERA compliances, land and title due diligence, and real estate-related disputes and advisory will be preferred.
• Handle litigation matters and proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal drafts.
• Assist with RERA litigation and proceedings.
• Handle RERA compliance-related work.
• Conduct land and title due diligence.
• Assist in real estate-related disputes and legal advisory.
• 1–3 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
