Unity Law Attorneys is a law firm handling business recovery, litigation, commercial disputes, arbitration, economic offences and fraud matters. The firm represents businesses, NBFCs and banks and provides exposure to litigation and dispute resolution work.
• Draft pleadings, complaints, applications, replies and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
• Handle court and tribunal work.
• Assist in meetings with clients and investigators.
• Prepare case chronologies and legal briefs.
• Undertake procedural and case-management work.
• Assist in litigation, economic offences, fraud matters, commercial disputes and arbitration.
• Travel within Delhi/NCR and outside Delhi when required.
• 1–2 years of PQE is required.
• Strong original legal drafting skills.
• Ability to independently understand factual and legal issues.
• Good practical judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to identify missing information and ask relevant questions.
• Ability to work independently after receiving instructions.
• Willingness to travel for professional work.
• Strong accuracy, responsibility and deadline management.
