The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) is a specialised financial investigation agency of the Government of India dealing with economic offences and enforcement of laws relating to financial crimes.
• Serve as Additional Director of Enforcement in the Directorate of Enforcement.
• Handle matters relating to financial investigations, economic offences and enforcement of fiscal and criminal laws.
• Undertake administrative, investigation, prosecution, adjudication and related responsibilities as assigned.
• Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, PSUs, universities, recognised research institutions, semi-government organisations, autonomous bodies and statutory organisations may apply.
• Must hold an analogous regular post or have five years of regular service in the prescribed Level-12/equivalent post.
• Must have 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in intelligence/investigation, adjudication/prosecution relating to fiscal or criminal laws, finance, accounts or corporate affairs, and 4 years of administrative experience.
