LawLevelUP is hiring an Operations & Growth Coordinator for a remote role. The position combines operations, learner and speaker coordination, outreach, collaborations and growth-related activities. It is not limited to administrative work and requires candidates who can take ownership of tasks and execute them independently.
• Coordinate webinars and other educational programmes
• Communicate and coordinate with speakers and learners
• Manage course-related operations and activities
• Support outreach and collaboration initiatives
• Create Canva-based promotional and operational assets
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and execution
• Coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely completion
• Support the organisation's growth and learner engagement initiatives
• Graduates only
• Current students, including law students, are not eligible
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and execute tasks end-to-end
• Good Canva skills
• Comfortable using AI tools productively
• Customer-first and practical technology-oriented mindset
• EdTech experience is an advantage
• Law background or legal-education experience is an advantage but not mandatory
