Sama is hiring an Associate – Resolution Operations for its Bangalore team. The opportunity is open to both law freshers and experienced candidates and offers practical exposure to dispute resolution operations, particularly in the areas of mediation and arbitration.
• Support resolution operations for mediation and arbitration matters
• Coordinate with parties and stakeholders involved in dispute resolution processes
• Assist in managing ODR matters and related workflows
• Communicate with users, parties and other stakeholders
• Support the team in ensuring smooth and timely resolution processes
• Handle operational and technology-enabled dispute resolution tasks
• Maintain necessary records and documentation
• Law graduates / freshers may apply
• Experienced candidates may also apply
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Interest or background in arbitration and mediation preferred
• Ability to work in a technology-enabled dispute resolution environment
