The organisation is looking for a Legal Head – Non-Litigation with 14+ years of experience in corporate and non-litigation legal practice. The role involves contract management, regulatory compliance, corporate legal documentation, risk management, policy review and providing legal advice to the business.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise contracts and business agreements
• Handle Lease, Leave & License, NDA, MOU and Partner Agreements
• Review Customer Loan, Sanction Letter, Loan Facility, Hypothecation and LOI documents
• Handle IT, HR and Vendor Agreements
• Review labour laws, regulatory updates and relevant notifications
• Ensure timely closure of contracts, legal documents and advisory matters
• Review and update company policies
• Maintain proper preservation and repository of legal documents
• Track relevant case laws and regulatory developments
• Handle trademark registration matters
• Identify legal risks and advise on mitigation strategies
• Provide legal protection against civil, criminal and business-related liabilities
• Manage corporate legal documentation and communications
• LL.B. / LL.M.
• Minimum 14+ years of experience
• Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation and management
• Extensive corporate / non-litigation legal experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
• Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai
• Candidates from outside Mumbai will not be considered
