  1. LB SON'S (LAHARODEVI BHOMARAM & SON'S) – Partnership Firm
  2. KARRUN RAM E3 PVT LTD – Private Limited Company
  3. ABC (ANNAPURNA BHOJNALAY & CATRING) – Proprietorship Firm
  • Corporate and commercial legal advisory.
  • Handling partnership-firm legal matters.
  • Handling private limited company legal matters.
  • Handling proprietorship business legal matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
  • Property / Leave & Licence documentation.
  • Vendor, service and employment agreements.
  • Drafting legal notices and replies.
  • Investor / shareholder documentation.
  • Companies Act and MCA-related legal support.
  • Legal due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Dispute resolution and litigation support.
  • Coordination with CA / CS.

  • General day-to-day legal consultation.
  • Experienced Advocate / Law Firm.
  • Bar Council enrollment.
  • Relevant years of professional experience.
  • Relevant areas of specialisation.
  • Capability to provide ongoing legal support to multiple business entities.

  • Mumbai / Thane preference.
