S.S. Rana & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Patent Paralegal / IPR Paralegal at its Adhchini, South Delhi office. The opportunity is suitable for graduates or postgraduates with at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience who are interested in intellectual property and patent practice.
• Assist with patent-related filings and prosecution matters
• Support patent docketing and maintain IP records
• Assist with IP renewals and related formalities
• Coordinate documentation for patent matters
• Support the IP team in prosecution-related work
• Maintain accuracy and timelines for intellectual property records and filings
• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Minimum 1+ year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Interest or experience in Intellectual Property / Patent practice
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage IP-related timelines
