KAPS & LAW ASSOCIATES is looking for a Patent Analyst to join its team on a full-time, permanent work-from-home basis. The role provides an opportunity to work on patent applications, examination reports and patent-related proceedings, with training and mentorship for selected candidates.
• Draft patent applications
• Review and analyse patent documents
• Prepare replies to Examination Reports
• Assist with patent hearings
• Conduct patent-related research and analysis
• Support intellectual property matters as required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in patent analysis or intellectual property is preferred
• Freshers with relevant patent/IP knowledge are encouraged to apply
