The hiring company is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer or legal consultant for a long-term professional association to manage and advise on its ongoing legal requirements.

The company is looking to engage a Corporate Legal Counsel / Legal Consultant on a retainer basis. The role involves providing ongoing legal support across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, privacy and intellectual property matters. This is not a full-time employment opportunity and is intended as a long-term professional legal association.
• Draft, review and vet company agreements, contracts, NDAs and legal documents
• Advise on employment and HR-related legal matters
• Review company policies, employee contracts and official documentation
• Handle legal notices, replies and related documentation
• Advise on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters
• Support data confidentiality, privacy and intellectual property matters
• Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and disputes, where required
• Provide timely legal advice to management on business-related matters
• Independently manage the company's day-to-day legal requirements
• LL.B. / LL.M. qualification
• Advocate or qualified legal professional
• Experience in Corporate & Commercial Law
• Strong contract drafting and legal documentation skills
• Good understanding of Employment and HR-related legal matters
• Ability to independently handle corporate legal requirements
• Strong legal research, advisory and communication skills
